The Earlysville Ruritan Club is celebrating it's 50 year in service!
We are so proud to have been able to be a part of the great community of Earlysville for so long. We would like to thank all of our members, past and present, for their hard work in continuing the task of service to our community.
We just had our 50th Year Celebration Dinner in August. Here are some of the high-lites.
We had our National Director, Sarah Kelly, present us with a wonderful framed certificate honoring our 50 years of service. Sarah gave a great little talk about our club, with some interesting facts included. We also were honored to have our District Governor, Al MacDonald, and his wife join us as well as Fulton Payne, a past National Director and Governor, and his wife Emily.
It was a great time of fellowship for all! There was also a surprise for our Charter Member, Wayne Sullivan. We honored Wayne for his 50 years of service to the club, and that those 50 years of service included PERFECT ATTENDANCE!
Dedication is what makes any organization successful. We are proud to have Wayne and all our members that support our club.
